Project 1: Granite Steps — Owls Head, ME
Scope:
Installation of natural granite steps for safe, long-lasting property access.
Details:
The homeowner needed a durable and attractive entrance solution to replace an aging access point. We excavated and prepared a proper gravel base to ensure stability and drainage, then installed precision-leveled granite steps.

Project 2: Yard Regrading & Sod Installation — New Harbor, ME
Scope:
Full yard regrade and installation of 7,500 sq ft of sod.
Details:
This property had uneven terrain and poor drainage. We regraded the entire yard to create proper slope away from the home and establish a smooth, usable lawn surface. After grading, we installed 7,500 square feet of premium sod, ensuring proper soil preparation for strong root growth.
